Passionate about deep listening, Jessika works with you to get to the heart and root of your health challenges, crafting a wellness path with you.

In recent years, Jess has deepened her knowledge and expanded her treatment approaches in the areas of microbiome health and functional digestive disorders, including SIBO, IBS, ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease. She is a microbiome enthusiast and is literate in analysing gut microbiome testing. Microbiome analysis has shown her how profound our gut microbes influence our health overall and especially influence inflammation, immune, digestive, hormonal and mental health. She is passionate about understanding how we can restore, balance and repair our gut ecosystems with diet, fibre, prebiotics and herbal medicine.
She has a special interest in women’s endocrine health, particularly in endometriosis, PCOS, fertility, teen hormonal support, peri-menopause, menopause and vaginal microbiome health, as well as conditions involving immune and nervous system dysregulation. She is deeply interested in these areas and committed to helping you understand, manage, and improve your health with a wholistic and informed framework.

A Commitment to Wellness
With formal training in herbal medicine, complementary health sciences and process-oriented psychology, Jessika continues to expand her knowledge through ongoing education and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
