Accurate, skilled and uniquely personalised care is the foundation of recovery.

Passionate about people and the beauty and wisdom of personalised wholistic care ~ Cath has witnessed the life changing impact of plant medicines on the foundational vital force of each patient.
Wellness is our natural state.

Cath's passion for outstanding patient care extends into academic life with the pursuit of a Master's of Science qualification awarded in 2018, alongside University lecturing and tutoring roles for Australian and New Zealand Bachelor of Naturopathy and Clinical programs. Student connection and care has been the highlight of these roles.
The circle however comes back to the foundation stone for Cath's love of herbal medicine and people - which rests in the arms of nature and nature's laws, magic and song. Cath thrives in this circle and embeds her clinical practice on this ancient foundation.
This foundation extends into the clinic apothecary where we choose chemical free, ethically grown and harvested herbal medicines, our own apothecary handmade medicine, slow medicine, listening medicine and medicine that is not a financial burden to the patient.

"The lowest effective dose supports patient and planet ~
We are a Nature Positive clinic."
Integrative Oncology Care
Cath considers herself very lucky as clinician working in a rewarding area of clinical practice called integrative oncology.
Her area of integrative medicine is the Naturopathic Medicine and Herbal Medicine arm of these parts of clinical adjunctive care - the care that runs alongside your standard medical oncology treatment / or longevity care after treatment ends.
Cath support patients as they navigate the complexities of their medical oncology treatment - lots of patients arrive at the clinic in shock, confused and often in a state of deep grief. Their spouses or support team are equally torn apart and confused.
So many patients self prescribe complementary medicine without professional guidance, putting themselves and their cancer treatment at risk - she want to change this experience for these patients and make it safer for them so they get the best out of their treatment.

"My patients value my expertise in creating safe care that works alongside their medical oncology so we can enhance their treatment or reduce side effects."

This gives every patient a sense of security to have this extra layer of care around them. Every patient deserves accurate guidance and safe care - this is the benchmark that Cath has set for clinical care.
Through her collaborative relationships with Oncologists in the local Hunter region, Cath has created a safe and secure therapeutic environment for her patients and their carers - patients thrive in this care setting.
Cath consults via her face-to-face clinic in Newcastle Australia and globally via Telehealth.
Her clinic team also provides support and care for cancer patient's families or loved ones who bear a lot of the care during their loved one's treatment via our 'Circle of Care' appointments. Cancer patients feel a burden lift when they have care for their carers mapped out. This is also part of the medicine for them.
